I am sorry to post this on here but after you read this you will understand this is about the last way I know of to get in touch with DSP Racing...Carlos or Gyro This is the 2nd set of "Custom" turbos I have purchased from you that took a crap within 2,000 miles. I called you over 2 weeks ago about these turbos taking a crap. All I want is a name brand turbo in place of the piece of crap that you sold me.
I have called your work over and over sometimes up to 50 times a day! (not kidding) some even 10 times back to back. I have emailed you, I have faxed you I even called you house and your ignoring my calls. It has been 2 weeks that I have been trying to get ahold of you and your not returning my calls.
I did not want to post this on here but I would of thought you would of helped a customer that has spent over $6,000 with you and my car is not working to get it working like I paid. However I do have to post this cause there is no other way I can get in touch with you.
Everytime I left a message in the email, phone and fax I was advising you that I was going to take legal action against you if you did not return my calls and replace these turbos.
I considered you a personal friend but ignoring my calls is not a friend or a very wise business decision.
I have been in contact with my lawyer and we are sending out a certified letter as a "last resort" to take care of this issue. If that is ignored as the previous attempts legal action will be taken as well as to the Better Business Burro. This is the deal that I think is fair: I paid approx $3,300 dollars for the turbo kit I have on my car. If I let you do the work (which I might not) you will have the car for only 3 days. You will pay for the shipping of my car to you place of business and back to my house which will be approx $600 out of YOUR pocket. That is about $4,000. You get the TD05 Greddy kit for maybe less then that at your cost.
OR (this is what most likely I will choose) you will send me the Greddy TD05 kit to my house, I will pull my motor and do the work myself and send you the "new custom turbos" that you made me back to you.
I have asked many people about this deal and they think that is very fair.
Again. This is 1 of 2 of the last attempts of contact I will make before legal action will be taken.
